Stunning holiday cabin situated on the owner's grounds, located just half a mile from the seaside village of Borth in West Wales, 7 miles from Aberystwyth. This beautiful air-conditioned, double-glazed wooden cabin has everything you could possibly desire in a holiday destination. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children with compact double and twin bedrooms. All rooms have independent heating control for preferential comfort. Cabin boasts a large west-facing decked balcony, with unobscured views across the North Wales mountains and Cardigan Bay - the position just couldn't be any better. The cabin is furnished and maintained to the highest standard and the rental includes clean bed linen and electricity , 1 towel will be provided per guest on arrival .The entrance lobby has a seating area/small breakfast bar with a large window, washing machine and plenty of storage space. There is a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, with patio doors leading onto the undercover balcony. There are 2 large comfy leather sofas, a wall mounted 48" smart tv + Blu-ray, Alexa media unit, air-conditioning and occasional tables with table lamps for that homely feel. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, dishwasher, full sized oven and microwave. There are 2 bedrooms: the master has a very comfy 4ft double bed with large west facing windows, wall mounted TV, and ample storage; the second bedroom has 2 comfy twin beds (2ft 6"), wall mounted TV, bedside table with table lamp and a quirky porthole window overlooking green fields. There is a modern toilet/shower room with heated towel rail (please note - no bath). With four-legged friends in mind the cabin has cushion flooring throughout. Outside we have a second undercover dining/chillout area with phone charging points overlooking the water feature garden, and full panoramic views of sea and mountains - this is a fully-enclosed safe private space ideal for children and pets. Please note that there are steps down to the property so unfortunately we have no disabled access at this present time
